Mr. Khan is an associate in the firm’s Los Angeles office. Mr. Khan is a member of the firm’s corporate and litigation practice group, where he focuses on commercial litigation and corporate transactions.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Khan was an associate at the Fenton Law Group. He also served as a litigation fellow with Open Door Legal, a legal aid organization in San Francisco, California. While attending law school, Mr. Khan completed internships with the International Refugee Assistance Project and the Legal Aid Society of Cleveland. Prior to law school, Mr. Khan served as a congressional intern in the Office of United States Senator Sherrod Brown.
Mr. Khan earned his J.D. from Cornell Law School, where he served as an editor of the Cornell International Law Journal. He earned his B.S. in Business Administration with a specialization in finance from The Ohio State University.
