Mr. Im is an associate with Lee Anav Chung White Kim Ruger & Richter LLP. He is a member of the firm’s Complex Business and Corporate Litigation Practice Group. 

During his academic tenure at Loyola Law School, Mr. Im completed the Corporate Law Concentration with honors and earned recognition as an Entertainment Law Fellow. His practical experience was further enriched through an internship at Jamison Properties, LP, where he collaborated closely with C-suite executives on substantial real estate development projects. He also provided land use consulting, focusing on adaptive reuse and transit-oriented community projects.

Beyond the realm of law, Mr. Im is a co-founder of Half Moon BK, LLC, a music start-up operating across various domains including radio, events, and editorial. Mr. Im has successfully facilitated brand partnership deals with Apple Music, Tidal, The Standard, Ace Hotel, Red Bull, Topo Chico, Boiler Room, Highsnobiety, Burberry, Moma PS1, New York Public Library, and Ballantines.
