Ms. Kim is a Partner in the firm’s New York office.  Ms. Kim’s practice covers a broad range of both corporate transactions and litigation matters, including cross-border disputes, white collar crime, commercial real estate litigation and transactions, and corporate governance. Ms. Kim also works closely with Korea-based clients establishing subsidiaries in the United States and regularly advises them in connection with corporate formation, financing, employment, and other general corporate matters.
